Lazy eye or Amblyopia is a visual system disorder that is evident through deficiency in eye vision. It means that the visual stimulation can either fail to submit or has poorly submitted through the optic nerve travelling to the brain for a continuous amount of time. If not treated immediately, this could lead to vision loss.

- Focus on small objects
How to do this lazy eye exercises? All you need is an eye patch or eyeglasses that have a cover on the “stronger” eye, through this, the “weaker” eye can practice how to focus, transmit and visualize more thoroughly by attempting to read newspapers or any books with small prints. In kids, it is advised to do this lazy eye exercises while they are playing video game so they would not be bored by breading too much. One hour everyday is all it needs to cure Amblyopia.
- Rolling, Focusing and Tracking
These three are the lazy eye exercises that are of utmost importance. While wearing your eye patch, do any of these movements, each action has its own way in helping the eye improve.
Rolling : It is done by rolling your eyes clockwise and counter clockwise interchangeably to aid in strengthening the muscles.
Focusing : It is testing and strengthening the accommodation of the pupils to adjust in objects that is from afar and then moving near the eye
Tracking : This is performed to enhance focus and rolling altogether by moving the object in different directions and distances, thus calling it the eye position test.
Amblyopia can be cured easily if only one will practice these exercises daily.
